The PROFESSIONAL membership is for the licensed Mortgage Broker.

The LENDER membership is for the licensed Wholesale Lender.

The AFFILIATE membership is for the attorney, appraiser, mortgage insurance company, credit bureau or any other support organization that the Board of Directors deems to have direct working relationship with the Mortgage Broker.

The ASSOCIATE membership is for the individual who works with and is sponsored by a member Mortgage Broker only. The LOAN ORIGINATOR is an individual who originates for a fee a residential mortgage loan from an individual. This individual MUST be licensed from the State Banking Department .
